Crawley Cabs brought our client to their appointment in London and took them home again afterwards. Their service was very efficient, helpful and professional. We would definitely use them again.

Used them for a 20 minute journey to Three Bridges Station. Very good service. Punctual, friendly, careful driver. Very clean car. Very professional. Prices quite reasonable, a little on the high side but overall fairly reasonable. Would use them again. 5 stars overall.

Great service with a really great driver, very grateful he drove us to Portsmouth at 1am in the morning. Good rate also. Much appreciated

This company was truly fantastic and helped us when our delayed flight landed at Gatwick at 1am to find no coach. We had 16 people to try and get home in the middle of the night, it was also a Sunday night so even more challenging but they called round, woke driver's up and got our group home. So grateful for all their help, exceptional service

Had an awful experience with this company. Pre booked a taxi to take 6 people to and from tulleys farm, which was about a 10 minute drive from where we were staying. The taxi didn’t turn up, so we had to call multiple times (no one answers the main phone line), just for someone to tell us he was ‘on the way’ with no further explanation. He ended up being 25 minutes late. On the way back, they sent a car for 4 people instead of 6, and then the driver complained that he had been waiting an hour, even though we pre booked the taxi for 11pm and confirmed it all earlier that day. No apologies from the company were given. Luckily we managed to get a taxi from a different company to take us back. Won’t be using again and would not recommend.

Phoned for a taxi this Sunday afternoon, they said that there could be a 15/20 minute wait. After waiting for 30 minutes and still no taxi I phoned them back, the response was sorry the driver took the wrong turning and picked up someone else and said that they would send another taxi and would be 10/15 minutes. That taxi didn’t show up either and not even a phone call. Will not be using this company at anytime in the future

Really helped us out last minute with a very long journey after a flight cancellation. Made me feel very reassured throughout. Kept me informed of booking, arrival and phoned me to guide me on pick up place. Very comfy vehicle with aircon and a smooth ride and a great driver. Very happy. Would definitely recommend for long and short journeys.

Great experience. Lovely, patient and friendly driver. Perfect timing. Kind and supportive with our neurodivergent children. Super clean and comfortable car. I only booked it late last night due to a sudden change of plan and I chose this firm based on reviews here - I’m glad I did. Will use again. Thank you.

This could so easily have been 4/5 star but whilst our driver was smart and very friendly it took him ages to find us, in fact I had to go and find him. We are a new build and the problem is our postcode is still not on many IF any cab firm systems even though we are approaching a year at the property. We constantly pass on all the directions we can to the cab operator but rarely these instructions get passed onto the driver, shame !
