I paid a fair share of cash for what I expected to be high class beef filet.Honestly, it was no better than stewing steak and I can cook.I also bought the 'quality beef gravy', do yourself a favour....it tastes of plastic.. Never again.

Having used Coffey's for to many years to remember l find myself aguast it the one time entry's of proffesed cooks? that demene the Quality of Coffeys meats.They need to know how to identify the best cuts and most importantly the salt ageing process and where they need to be along it. Try asking the staff who are excellent and knowledgeable and see the results.
