Very professional, helpful reception. Disability accessible. Toilet available in reception. Trolleys provided of different shapes and sizes. Lots of storage options. Plenty of parking. Very clean and dry. No damp etc. Top class. Bit confusing layout and map. Perhaps wall and floor markings would help find lift and way out.

Great storage facility, the unit was ideal as a place to keep things between moving, easy to access and reasonably priced, beat the quotes I had received from elsewhere. Justin is super helpful and friendly! Thank you! :)

Having never needed storage previously. I wasn't sure what to expect, but that changed recently when we needed to move our business office, and the new one wasn't ready yet.After a bit of online research, I gave the guys at Safestore in Cardiff a call. They discussed my requirements and followed that up by emailing all the information I needed with a quote. This friendly & efficient response was repeated in person, when we arrived with all our office items. They have large loading bays, that help protect from the rain if the weather is bad, plus a good range of trolleys and equipment to help you get to your storage space as painlessly as possible.The help and service throughout was perfect.

Brilliant service apart from sending us the full contact after we'd signed the simple version in store. We had to read through the full version after we'd already signed it. If this could be changed it would've been 5 stars.

1 lift servicing 4 floors, limited access hours, unhelpful staff. Awful booking experience, awful check in experience, awful check out experience. Definitely don’t recommend, use one of the hundreds of other providers.

Amazing, welcoming, and friendly staff on both check-in and check-out! Nothing was too much trouble for them! High chance of locker availability due to its 3 stories which is really helpful, with a decent sized lift big enough to fit 2 loading trolleys and a few people. Only “issue” that wasn’t really an issue was the wait fir the lift when it’s busy, but patience is a virtue so no complaints at all

Nice friendly greeting from the two members of staff. Booking in was an easy process. The unit was clean and completely empty ready for me to store my own boxes.

I used SafeStore on Newport Road for four years when I moved out of my flat. I couldn’t have had a better experience - there was never any worry about my stuff being safe. It was so easy to access whenever I needed, the staff are all great & they respond so quickly to emails. . Michael & Justin are brilliant!
