The Refinery Regent's Place
I would like to say how accommodating Fergal and his team was from 15:40-16:40, (11/09/23) at this beautiful place.I approached Fergal for an odd request and he accepted my request and he dealt with the situation flawlessly.The staff at The Refinery are always friendly and polite and have always treated me well.Just wanted to say how professional the staff are here and it’s hugely appreciated and that is always why I enjoy spending time here.What a great team.Love you allSam.

Came here for after work drinks and got hungry so ordered some food. Not too shabby for a bar. Pleasantly surprised with the food and staff were very accommodating.Wheelchair access: step free and accessible toilets were available.

Great place to have after work drinks. Decent selection of wines and the scotch egg is really good. Loads of floor space with high tables which makes it relatively easier to walk around.

The Refinery Regent's Place
A fine modern bar at the base of a tall building. The Refinery is a bright glass encrusted bar close to Warren Street station. I like it. A selection of keg beers is on offer but there is nothing for you cask enthusiasts. Service is bright and welcoming. There is an open kitchen across the back wall. A lively and pleasant place for a drink or something to eat.

Patronizing bartender, Judgemental and very rude. I never had such experience ever in any place in London. We had an office party and while talking to every other colleague, I realized that it was not me alone but the bartender was rude to evey single person there. In the beginning, we thought he has a different sense of humour but realized it was just bluntly rudeness and judging everyone by their drinks.

Excellent experience. I was with a couple of friends at the venue and honestly have to say that was amazing. The staff was really friendly and the service was very well. Food very nice and good presentation. I will definitely come back soon to the restaurant.

Very rude bar staff when it gets busy. Asking for the price of the pints is met with disdain and an attempt at shaming for inquring. Not recommended

The Refinery Regent's Place
This is a very American style bar (pub), it's quite lively after work and it has quite a bit of seating, their tap beer selections are a bit lower than other puns in the area but what they have is quality. It's a nice place but if you're looking for a typical British pub this may not be the place for you.
