The lady doing my nails made 3 of my fingers bleed while filing my nails and tried to act like she had not noticed. I did not get an apology and she then went on to over charge me after telling me a lower price on the phone. This was my 1st time using this nail salon and I found the customer service to be very bad.

Booked two appointments, one for myself and one for my daughter. Waited for 20 minutes after my appointment time to be seen and was interrupted twice by the practitioner cleaning a foot spa and soaking of someone’s gels. Despite telling them three times that I had another appointment in London. Not especially pleased with the nails, very bulbous and unnatural looking. Not pleased with the gel polish. They didn’t use the coloured powder so very obviously the short nail underneath shows through as I had a pale pink French tip Daughters appointment was 40 minutes behind because they let walk-in people that were in the salon go first. No point booking, definitely don’t book with anywhere to go. Cheap and you get what you pay for. Will not be coming back.

My Mum and I come to this nail salon all the time, for the last 5/6 years at least. Lucy, Amy and Judy are amazing at what they do, and are very friendly and welcoming. Love coming here ❤️

Out of the many nail salons in the area, I have found Trendy Nails to be the best, which has led to me becoming a loyal customer of theirs. Fantastic service and no wait times. The amazing nail technicians are very talented, friendly and a quick chat with them brightens up my day. I 100% recommend, do not think twice before booking with them!

There are many Nail Salons in Upminster but if you would go to any go to this one!I rarely get my nails done but when I do I always go here. The customer service is great, everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. The nails are always amazing and last a long time, I've genuinely never had a complaint about any of my visits here and always make sure to return when I want to get my nails done. 10/10.

Pedicures are excellent here - by far the best in Upminster. Good selection of OPI nail colours. They offer a spa pedicure and manicure for £30. During the spa pedicure they use a callus corn remover which has a blade on and if you have dry, cracked heels it really does the job and they will come out looking brand new!! The facilities look hygienic. Manicures are basic and done during the pedicure. Recommend booking in advance as there are 2 chairs and each person takes 45 mins so during busy times there can be a wait.

They are the best in the area but have absolutely no customer service. It would be great if they could make friendly conversation and get some training in customer service.
