Tranquility

All though I have not had the opportunity to use tranquillity beauty rooms, I have had the honour and pleasure to have Charlotte to do my wedding makeup. Super friendly and very professional. After my makeup Charlotte asked me if I was happy with it, and if not she could change it. Obviously I was very happy. If I was ever in Felixstowe again I would like to have an opportunity to book an appointment at tranquillity beauty. I recommend Charlotte for makeup and definitely would use her service again. Also she does lovely nails! Thank you so much lovely. Xx

I arranged a last-minute gel manicure appointment due to a cancellation, and was really happy with the service Malissa provided on the day. However, the next day one of the nails chipped incredibly easily, and cracks started to appear on a couple of other nails within 3 days. After 10 days most of the nails were chipped or peeling from the sides, despite me taking good care of them and not having a manual job. So disappointing. I don't mind paying £26 at all, but I expect the nails to last at least two weeks for that price.I contacted the salon twice, and they responded the first time to offer to touch up the first nail, but due to living in the midlands I was unable to return. They didn't reply to my second message, to offer any kind of refund or voucher.Such a shame, as I had high hopes for this place.

Lovely girls especially Megan need to book early if you require a particular time

I always love going to Tranquillity for what ever reason. Every treatment I have had has been amazing and I always leave feeling rested and rejuvenated. The staff are welcoming and friendly and I wouldn't go anywhere else to treat myself.

Amazing beauty salon offering everything to suit your beauty needs! Very popular in Felixstowe & there is two tranquility salons to choose from! All the girls are highly qualified & very friendly, & the salon atmosphere is just so beautifully relaxing, you can't beat it! X

Have my eyelashes done regularly by the girls they are all brilliant and really lovely. Have been going here for year's for all sorts and always come out feeling refreshed and pampered.

They are very good and always make you feel good and relaxed which is what you want.

I have been visiting for many years and have nothing but praise for their excellent treatments. On a very few occasions it has been necessary for a different therapist to replace the booked therapist who was off sick but every member of staff has given first class treatment.
