I bought windows from this company in the past.The owner was a decent bloke and helpful.I don't know who is running this company now,they are not willing to help with enquiries and never get back to you.Also they refused to carry out bad workmanship issues even though I had a 10 year warranty".Above all the owner is never there apparently.Like I said I would never deal with them again."

Absolute cowboys, don't waste your time with these idiots and get a proper window installer to do a proper job.They did not measure outside frames, only from inside, result is new windows installed with massive gaps on the outside, a year later and there is mould and damp inside the house next to windows.Save yourself the time and stress. Will just end up paying for new windows again in a couple of years if you use these baffoons.

Had my Windows fitted by them, great quality profile, owner is very hands on, came out to do my measurements and went through my order with me. Fitter we’re friendly and was all done within a couple weeks, would definitely recommend.

windows got gaps and not fitted correctly all draft coming through spoke about repairing it they put the cost on me like I fitted the windows in. completely unprofessional and unexperienced staff fitting the windows keep away... my advice.. have a look the evidence of their fitting. nice clear gap refused to repair it wanted me to pay for the repair cheeky... cowboys...giving 1 star is too much really bad company.

Definitely recommend, we are having a full house renovation and that included all windows and doors changed. We decided to go ahead with HIQ for their price, experience and quality. We did have delays in building work but the guys were understanding and kept our windows in-house while we getting everything done. Any requests made were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Customer service from the office team, management and fitters were great. Big thanks to Mr Kelly for going the extra mile!
