Nice linear walk to break away away from the roads and housing estates. Quiet. Nothing special in the way of wildlife, but great access to the fields beyond leading to Syston Park. Relatively clean - dog mess bins provided. Helpful signage. Well paved and accessible. Only thing letting this corner down is some of the local residents... Some fronting houses are a mess, sofas outside & flytipping, empty cans of beer.. high school boys driving dirt bikes illegally on the pathway nearly knocked me over!

Rectory Farm Pocket Park
I love this pocket park and come here in all seasons. A great place to stroll or sit in nature and find a little peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

A lovely, well kept community park for residents to enjoy. Largely a linear park, with a nice sized pond about half way along (a great spot for watching bats of an evening too!)

A beautiful place to walk very near my home. The Rectory Farm Pocket Park group do not own the own area and only do low level work and enhancements.West Northamptonshire Council is responsible for grass cutting and the pond is a combination of responsibilities between the Council, Anglian Water and the Environment Agency. The volunteer group is not responsible for the flow of water but has been making representations to the above for work to be done.

My dogs love being walked around here. The get to socialise with other lovely doggies, and run around, and sniff to their hearts content.

Poorly maintained area…… Even the ducks and fish etc have moved away! Pond/lake needs Major work, only fed by the polluted foul water from street drains , pond needs reconnecting to stream . Many Trees are in a dangerous state,Give control back to the Council , example …..see how the bottom Lake is kept/ maintained !
