Friendly welcome. Relaxed, not rushed. Gorgeous scalp massage during hair wash and lovely dark room so you can relax more. Cut itself was really enjoyable. I felt completely at ease and confident my voice had been heard with regards my wishes and concerns. Had a great chat with Jason the hairdresser and loved the final result.

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome, comfortable and well looked after by Emily. Then my stylist, Mollie really listened to my ideas and how realistic it was for my type of hair. Since I've been coming along as a model,the whole experience has been 1st class. The trainees are hard-working,friendly and show great care with my hair. The tutors are wonderful in the way that they teach the girls and it is so interesting listening to them. I feel completely relaxed whilst I'm at the salon and feel truly pampered. A huge thank you to Briony,Abbie and Grace who are amazing hairdressers and to Toni and Guy who make their salon the best in Bury St Edmunds.......by far. Hope to see you all again Xx

Always a warm welcome, all staff are really kind, no waiting around. Zoe is so lovely, always remembers personal details for clients and is very professional. I always walk away feeling a million dollars. Love the cut and colour I receive, have always felt happy with the service.

The salon is always clean. The staff are always welcoming and greet us with a smile. Mr. Mason is a gem. As well as giving my daughter an amazing cut, he also educated us on how to manage her very thick, wavy hair. Neither of which I’ve been blessed with. He also talked us through her cut and made recommendations for her hair type, based on her inspiration photo.Couldn’t be happier!

Briony recently coloured and cut my hair at the Bury salon and I must say how pleased I am with the finished look. Briony was so friendly, professional and attentive to my needs. I felt comfortable, relaxed and looked after the whole time. I will definitely be returning in the new year!

Great service from staff. Just what I needed after a long day at work at the hospital. Nothing was too much trouble, especially at the end of their day. I didn’t catch the name of my hairdresser - 21, auburn hair and tattoos - highly recommend for a wonderful experience.
