IMO Car Wash
Got a triple foam wash for £6. Registered for the app and you can prepay by the app. Then drive in dirty. Leave clean. Wash was a good standard. No scratches or damage to the car or alloy wheels. It was open till 6:15pm and there was no queue.

The car wash is fine but the guy taking the money tries to guilt you into buying a premium wash. I want my car cleaned not to be bullied

First time using this car wash, obviously was not aware of how the system worked & the staff member manning it was quite rude to me as a result - telling me how I will not be having my car washed if I did not follow instructions, yet they were not plastered anywhere - hence the confusion! I will not be returning.

Staff rush and are rude. Barely touch your car for the pre-wash.When taking payment the guy tapped my phone before I had selected which card to pay with. He then sprayed my car in about 5 seconds and barely brushed the back.Very rude and impatient when directing me into the car wash. I use this place weekly but recently service has gotten so poor. I will not be returning. If there was a huge queue I’d understand, but I was the only person using the car wash.Lots of dirt left on my car. Not worth the cost.

The car wash has had a name change and a revamp which is nice, downside is that the £1.99 car wash has gone, cheapest price was £4.50!! Once you're in the queue you can't get out if you don't wish to pay the new prices as they aren't advertised outside before you get in!!

Wasn't too sure about using IMO but was desperate to get the car cleaned. This is a big step up from the standard hand wash, a hybrid of hand and machine. Very good!

Car wash was fine. I needed to vacuum my car and they charged £5!!!!The member of staff was really helpful, turned the machine on and handed me the nozzle. The owner turned up halfway through and started giving me a load of attitude, he really kicked off that I hadn't turned off the machine, apparently there were 3 buttons and I should've known what to do. Will go elsewhere in future due to owner's attitude and price.

IMO Car Wash
The carwash itself was fine however I have never used this carwash before & to have the attendant yelling instructions at me was rude & unnecessary. It would have been more helpful if he had pointed me to the instructions instead of shouting at me. I doubt if I will return there.
