Visited here to be served by a lady with an American accent called Vida. Incredibly attentive with excellent service throughout. The food was also great. Can’t fault them at all and looking forward to my next visit.

Went here for birthday meal in june this year first time back in ages but as normal great service and great staff and food. Never disappointed with dining experience would recommend to anyone looking for great dining experience and great food.

The McDonald's of Asian food if they have an addiction to lime juice. Great staff who give good advice and aren't offended when you send food back for adjustment. But at the end of the day this is a chain restaurant, at least it has good vegan options.

The food was OK, but the salad aspect had been kept in a warm area, it didn't change the flavour. I used to go reasonably often to this chain as it was good value, not so much now.

My first time here, my host was amazing, she gave me some suggestions and each I enjoyed. Great customer service, great food!!! She kept on coming to me to see if I needed anything. Really happy with wagamama!!!

We always love Wagamamas but the service at this restaurant is second to none. The team went above and beyond and made my son’s 11th birthday really special. Thank you so much!

My only slight gripe was there was a regular high pitched noise. I think linked to the audio system. A bit like low pitched tinnitus.Some new items on the menu which were good.Made use of the good and free green tea.
