Best pet shop in the Port... Wouldn't go anywhere else. I appreciate the interest Joan and Peter have in both my dogs and cat. Also give great advice and products. Finally, they deliver which is so handy as I don't drive.

Very helpful staff. Brilliant with my rottie Bob when I bring him in. Highly recommend this pet shop. Try the liver cake, good healthy treat for dogs and very useful for training.

This is a pet shop and dog friendly cafe (Tilly’s next door), an excellently stocked shop with everything you need for a wide range of pets but what sets it apart is the service you receive, Joan and her team are very knowledgeable and so helpful, nothing is too much trouble… also the cafe which we went to on Saturday morning for two veggie breakfasts is great for when you’re out with the dogs and fancy a cuppa or lunch. Breakfast was lovely and served promptly by an efficient and pleasant young lady. We will certainly be back.

A great place to have all your wants and needs met ref your beloved pet.....and the Frozzys frozen yogurts my dog just loves sooo much.Oops not to forget the staff as they are top drawer also.

Popped in to get a dog harness, the staff went over and above getting the right style and fit for my dog.Within stepping outside with the new harness on, I had a completely different dog. Calmer, walking to heel and much happier on the lead. The difference was night and day.Thanks so much for the due care and attention taken to ensure my dog walked out with the right harness.Couldn't recommend this pet shop highly enough.

Great for all the animal needs. Staff very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Very helpful and it is great to see plenty of options for pets. Most definitely will be back.
