I had been a customer of CW’s in Dorchester for a good number of years, when like many others I found myself without a BMW dealership when they closed their doors for the last time. Whilst there are other BMW Motorrad dealerships in the South West, none were likely to provide the level of customer care which I had become accustomed to at CW’s.With some internet research I discovered Studley’s Motorcycles in Dorchester an independent BMW specialist, just what I was looking for, and also a name I recognised from my CW days. A telephone call to Darren and my R1200GS was booked in for a major service and MoT.I dropped off my pride and joy at 8:30 and was provided with a lone bike for the day. I returned at 3:30 to find it was not only serviced, but also cleaned and all ready to go. Services are carried out with genuine BMW parts, the recommend Castrol lubricants and most importantly by BMW trained technicians and former employees of CW’s. I ought at this point give John Cook a name check, for both he and Darren are excellent examples of the very best in customer service. Highly recommended. Great place, good mechanics, loan bike, coffee and great value. What's not to like.

Great place. Total opposite of the grumpy motorbike garages I’ve ended up finding in the past. Genuine passion for bikes and customer service. I’ve been looking for a BMW specialist since the main dealer closed a few years back and glad to find Studley’s.

Finally found a sensible place to get my BMW serviced Darren and John are great, they know there stuff and they are reasonable on their prices. Compared to main dealers.
