Few things led to me being quite disappointed. Big one, to pay by card it cost me an extra £5, which was not advertised and I was already paying £85! Think this is illegal. They also do a half hearted pedicure, not as good as other places. They are quick but they are expensive vs places 15 min drive away. But mostly I am very unhappy with the quality. After 1 week of SNS I had bad chips. I’ve NEVER had this from anywhere else and am normally good for 4-5 weeks before I just want a new colour. I don’t think I’ll be going back. I couldn’t get them done for another week by then 3 fingers had bad chips.

They did an excellent job of my nails, and I'm fussy about my nails. Well done on skill and experience! This business is run by an Asian family and I was surprised that a sweet little grandpa was sent over to sculpt my nails. He was a gem! And then he sat next to me and had his lunch. I felt comfortable enough to lounge on the massage chair and have a pedicure as well. Worth every penny!

This used to be an amazing salon, I stopped going there cause I moved. I visited recently to get infills and it was bad. I had to wait because they took a walk in over a booked appointment - as they always do. The guy prepping my nails was really rough, I then got the woman to do the nails. After two weeks they don’t look good anymore, acrylic started peeling off which isn’t something that usually happens, I can easily go three weeks without needing the infill and nails looking nice. They told me it will be £28 when I got to pay suddenly it was £45 - I should have argued because I have no idea why it was so much, I had infill with chrome but on tips only and no shellac on top, it’s absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never paid so much for a full set and this was infills only, my other salon usually charges around £30 for infill and that’s with shellac and other stuff. I will not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend.

Been going to this Nail Salon for 6 years, as they are so busy and they seem to over book, the nails were going to take too long, so I asked if I could come back tomorrow and the Owner lady was incredibly rude and abrupt with me. I was in total shock as she had no care that I was a loyal customer. She disregarded anything I said to her about being polite and she did not have to speak to me like that. Such a shame as I know all of the girls and guys that work in there and they are all so accommodating.

Really lovely nail technicians. Really recommend this nail salon. Felt really comfortable. My nails look amazing ☺️

Visisted the salon on 23/09/20, and concidering all that is going on in the world at the moment i found my experince extremly pleasant. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I am very happy with my nails and with no doubt will return to this salon. Thank you Glamorous Nails.

Great customer serviceBy far the best nail shop I have been to and I have been to so many. They are so lovely and friendly. Good at what they are doing and if there are some issues are happy to sort it out without any problem. Definitely recommend

Today I got my nails done. I asked for very short rounded square nails, they turned out looking like square nails. The lady who did them didn’t ask for my name, didn’t tell me her name and overall barely talked to me. They are uneven, sloppy and badly painted. The place looked nice and majority of the staff were friendly. She rushed with every part of doing my nails and at one point knocked my pinky, making an indent. She just went over it with paint. Halfway through doing my shaping she would go over to other clients. I was not happy to say the least. I doubt I’ll be coming back.

Love it! Brilliant job, lovely staff. Professional, fast and talented. Highly recommended.
