Well, I can't rate their workmanship but their business is unprofessional. Never written a review before but this has left me fuming.Waited a week for an appointment for mending a gas leak (gas had been turned off). Waited 3.5 hrs after the appointment time and they did not turn up. Would not pick up the phone, the many times I tried to call them, would only converse by text. Said they tried to contact me to say they couldn't get parked. I did not get a call or message from them to inform me of this, as I would have moved my car to allow them to park. One text said ... 'all I can say is sorry'. When I asked when they could next fit me in, it was in approx 2 weeks. In the meantime I'm left with no heating or hot water. Unprofessional. Going elsewhere now.

Gary has been an absolute life saver.He helped find a blockage in one of my gas pipes which was left undiagnosed/ignored by the previous boiler company who installed the boiler.Gary gave me so much advice and guidance in dealing with the situation and I can’t thank him enough.He was extremely patient and sympathetic of my situation and was nothing but helpful throughout the process.Couldn’t recommend Gary enough.

Gary installed a new Worcester Bosch Combi boiler to replace our very old floor standing boiler. He was very helpful in resolving our worries that our water pressure would still be strong. He completed the job in the agreed timeframe which also included removal of the water tanks from the loft and the immersion heater from the airing cupboard. All areas were left clean and tidy each day. Now we can actually see from our smart meter readings that we are saving money. Our water pressure is great with hot water always available.After this job was completed we asked Gary to come back to replace a radiator and move the washing machine, again this work was completed with respect for our home, leaving the areas clean and tidy.We have already recommended Gary to friends and family. From our own experience he always arrived on time, is very competent and trustworthy.

Called for a servicing of my boiler, Gary was very thorough and took time to explain in simple terms what's best for my heating system. Very recommended.

Highly satisfied with the work from Gary and his team. Gary will talk you through everything involved before work commences, without sugar-coating it or sales tricks, and will move heaven and earth to deliver on time and to the quoted price. The job was more challenging than first thought, the boiler room and gas supply difficult to access, (and i'd not had a combi before) but this proved no problem for an experienced professional 'who has being doing this since left school very many years ago'. Competitively priced, beating British Gas by nearly 1K, without any reduction in the quality of Boiler supplied or installation know-how. Gary takes pride in his work, is respectful of your home, and leaves it as clean and tidy as he found it. He was recommended via word of mouth as honest and diligent. He certainly has personality and will engage with you as an individual, not only as a customer. His voicemail/email is not as responsive as it might be, due to always being in demand and busy, I urge you to do yourself a favour and persist.

We have used Gary Edmondson for many years and we recommend him most highly. He has always sorted our plumbing problems with expertise. He also fitted a new boiler some years ago and does an excellent annual service for us.We have had a few emergency plumbing problems over the years and Gary arrived so promptly to rescue the situation.He is most knowledgeable and reliable .

The end of an era.... It's November 2021 and our 15 year old Ideal Icos needs replacing (urgently) !!! So who & where do you turn to for a reputable fitter to supply & install a new heating system at short notice..??Fortunately, my brother & my nephew used the same company to supply, install & maintain Worcester Bosch boilers at their houses.Considering it was the end of the autumn & closing in on winter I wasn't expecting a new installation any time soon and probably not before Xmas.Along came Edmondson Heating and Boiler Engineers.Gary popped round 1 evening to look at the existing setup and noted the 2 Octogenarians in the house (my parents) & said he'd swap around a couple of jobs to accommodate our new install as soon as possible. (Apologies if your service was delayed at the beginning of December 2021 !!)A week later Gary & his trusty sidekick Stuart arrived with a shiny new boiler & lots of new radiators.After 3 days of replacing the old boiler & radiators plus no more hot water tank to heat up & a huge cold water tank removed (so more loft space), we were left with a brand spanking new high efficiency Worcester Bosch boiler and all new thermostatically controlled radiators.We also have an internet connected & controlled timer/hall thermostat. I can turn up/down/off the heating from my phone anywhere in the worldSo what were the pros and cons... Well the Con's 1st as there aren't many..1. They made a mess & noise when ripping out the old system... But every night they cleared up and vacuumed so there was never any mess for us to deal with.2. It was virtually winter so we had 2 days with no heating... But they brought spare heaters in case we needed them.3. The old boiler & rads were picked up for recycling so we had no waste to dispose of.In truth, the Cons were more like ProsThe Pro's1. Gary & Stuart arrived promptly every day & worked thru the day to get the job done, including clear ups2. We have a new boiler that's guaranteed for 12 years3. Compared to 2020/21, the gas bills for Dec, Jan, Feb & March 2021/22 were cheaper and that's with the heating on all day .. a happy consequence of swapping to a highly efficient Worcester Bosch boiler & having the individual thermostatically controlled radiators. 19c throughout the house was maintained very cheaplyPre-Install2020 Dec £59, 2021 Jan £71, Feb £52 March £42Post-Install2021 Dec £38, 2022 Jan £43, Feb £31 March £25We are so pleased at the savings whilst staying snug & warm throughout the winter with the knowledge that should the boiler breakdown, it's fully covered by Worcester Bosch (for 12 years).I can't recommend Edmondson Heating highly enough..I've previously reviewed my experience with Edmondson Heating and Boiler Engineers but it's since disappeared hence the repost
