The staff were so friendly and accommodating and they took such good care of me even though I wasn't spending too much. The staff were so knowledgeable and easy about my very tight deadline. Didn't realise that it is so easy and quick to get a personalised trophy until visiting this place. Jag was great. Can get easily spoiled with options. Suitable for all price ranges. I got a small trophy for my son's birthday party.

Took an old trophy that I'd won 47 years ago I wanted to give it to my daughter. It was missing the base and it needed a polish. They found an old beat up base but said they were unable to fix it onto the trophy and said that they had polished it but it looked the same to me very disappointed.
