Lovely store! Very clean and tidy! Plenty of variety and different brands. Really wish they had the nike high top blazers, tbh maybe they had them just didn't ask. Lovely staff espionage lauren!! Great customer service and gave plenty of advice and tips for the app for points.

Of fortunately I had to return shoes due getting wet socks,I have never done return before. Everything went fine, is just when I was leaving, comment of the lady wasn't nice.. Please, don't bring this back.That was inappropriate

Had very good experiences with other schuh stores in the past so yesterday my partner and I were quite happy to go into the one in Derbion for a new pair of shoes. We initially interacted with a young man who was rude and told us he “will help us soon” without even looking at us and then tried to make it really had when we were asking for size we wanted, explaining that’s not the UK one. Then we interacted with a young lady who looked absolutely annoyed of having to help us with choosing a pair of sneakers that were good and didn’t even smile or try to act like she was happy of our interaction at all, even though we ended up making a purchase. It has been the most awful experience in a schuh store and will definitely not be returning to this particular one.

Love going in this store but today was a WOW , the first time we went in ,the assistant was cleaning and said she'd be with us in a minute and didn't bother , the second time we came back to purchase a pair of men's boots ,we were served by a young lady who spoke that quietly and looked that miserable she didn't once smile or say thank you when we had finished she just walked away ,ouch . Not your normal service Schuh.Sorry.

Situated on the top level of Derbion in Derby city's centre,this particular shop is quite small but at the time i went was very busy, there was plenty of staff to help.The shop holds many different types of footwear, from trainers' boots casual to our favourite Dr Martins branded and unbranded, staff were polite and helpful well done guys

Staff have always been really helpful here. On my recent trip I’d tried to buy my wife some shoes that I’d taken a sneaky photo of.The girl helped me find the right shoes but unfortunately they didn’t have her size, she offered to help me order them online as well. Great experience.
