Service as we'd like to think it used to be. Now as rare as hen's teeth. I needed a pair of ski boots but have oddly shaped feet. Peter could not have been more helpful, making absolutely sure that I was heading off to France with my feet more comfortable than they've ever been skiing. I normally hate shopping. Peter and the other staff at the Europa Ski Lodge made it an utter delight. AND it cost less than I thought it was going to. Just brilliant.

Fab ski equipment store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who happily take their time with customers to ensure what they are selling you is appropriate. Downhill ski boot sales and custom fittings.

Great family-run store combining real-life in-depth winter-sports expertise and great, friendly personal service. There are many snowsports stores out there, the majority of them staffed by 20-somethings who are there for the pay and because they'd rather work in a store in which they share an interest rather than Sainsburys or Pizza Express or Wetherspoons. This is not one of those stores. Start your skiing with Peter and the team and let them guide you from beginner to expert through upgrades, servicing and great advice to get the best out of your time in the mountains. I know I have!

We came here today and the manager was extremely rude, and not helpfull at all,I would not recommend this little place at all, and in the future use Snow and Rock, such a shame as it is very local.

Do not deal with these people ,do not return payments for goods not received , even when they admit they notin stockhaving to let my credit card company sort out this issuevery very poorsimon williams

Great shop with a brilliant range. Was in danger of spending about £600 but luckily one of the shop assistants was pretty rude and my credit card stayed firmly in my purse. Disappointing.
