I don’t normally post reviews, but I’m genuinely delighted with my purchase of folding table and chairs from Cyan. And I’m always apprehensive about ordering from an online firm I’ve never heard of without an in person showroom. However, the furniture and the wood itself is surprisingly beautiful, the tables and chairs are sturdy and don’t wobble, and it didn’t cost a fortune. And its not even flat pack. It arrives fully assembled. There might have been some back and forth on delivery but that was most definitely down to me moving it around as much as anything else. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them so far.

Bought my teak table and seats on sale at great price but was delayed due to Covid and Suez Canal blockages. Also bought their parasol and base and they are of great quality at great price too. Had a problem with one of the chairs but was repaired by them just don’t expect a quick turnaround. I have been educated by my builders about wood that have not been aged but hey think about the price before you complain otherwise buy their much more expensive product.

What an excellent company!!We bought several items from them and everything arrived well and within the expected time frame. There were minor issues that were promptly sorted without a fuss (particular thanks to Tom Saunders as he was second to none in ironing the minor issues!!)Most companies should take notice on how this one operates as they were really excellent.The teak furniture looks great, sturdy and will hopefully last for a very long time.

Our bench arrived today......SUPER happy. The quality of the products is excellent. The seat cusion fits like a glove. Found Cyan online, their online ordering was easy and delivery was fast. The email contact with them was excellent and extremely helpful, offering various delivery days that suited us. The bench is now just waiting for the front garden to be lanscaped where it will have pride of place......Many thanks!!!!!

I bought the Ascot, very solid, fantastic quality wood. They also went the extra mile to get a cushion in time for my sister`s birthday. The plaque looks wonderful! Definitely recommend, so much better than garden centre benches!

Beautiful, high qualify crafted furniture with outstanding customer service. We purchased a large outdoor dining table from Cyan and it is absolutely beautiful. The wood is excellent quality, the design is perfect and the price was far lower than I would expect to pay for something of this quality. It's not easy to judge how good something is on the internet but we are absolutely delighted with the product and will be going back to purchase other things. It's the quality and the design that stand out. Customer service was excellent too. Emails beforehand to confirm delivery, arrived exactly when they said it would and the delivery man was polite, friendly and helpful. He brought it into the garden and placed it where we asked (fully masked and keeping his distance as required). A rate outstanding service, very much appreciated.

Ordered the 1.8m Round table and parasol. Looks absolutely awesome!!. Great customer service and the delivery man was also very helpful in setting up. Very pleased.

We ordered a load of outdoor furniture, had a little issue with a couple of pieces. Melany dealt with it all and was a pleasure to deal with... We will definitely be back for some more furniture soon... Great company to deal with...
