I am very disappointed at this bill with Arrow Law. From the point of being referred the legal work has cost me a total sum of £2040 for a letter and an hours chat over my ex-partner and business partner aggressively taking a joint business and profits, plus thieving from our business accounts.After issue of a letter to to my ex-partner and business partner and receiving zero response it began to reasonably clear to me that the case have very little possibility of winning the case, however the solicitor convinced me to pursue further stating that I had a good chance of success.He referred me meet with another counsel . The first thing the counsel in the meeting two months later was that from the emails I should have seen when he replied back to initially to Ammerwas that he was negative about the case from the off. This is something that he didn't pass back to me, quite the opposite. I believe this to be a disingenuous act of his part having me believe we could achieve a positive outcome - had he informed me of the view of the counsel I would have taken a different approach and not paid him an advanced fee.The point must be made that that counsel clearly stated that none of the emails of bills, statements or any other relevant information was passed on to him. I must also point out that I had to send him most correspondence twice which leads me to believe that very little work had been done on my case, certainly not the amount in the invoice I paid in advance.When we had our initial conversations over this case he took this on as a criminal case and not just a contractual case as we discussed numerous aspect including assault, defamation of character, theft, andFraud. However when this was submitted to counsel it was treat as contractual case and they were only initially aware of recovering possessions and not recovery of any monies.All of this leads me to believe that my time and money in the case with Arrow Law has been poorly invested - In our conversation in Manchester after the counsel barrister had spent an hour telling me how negative my case was, he agreed to return most of the money I have paid, which he kept £1500 nout of £3000.The solicitor was clearly only working as an intermediate and had hired an additional commercial solicitor to review my case. .I believe the that I have paid honestly for the work he had done writing to Miss Peterson my ex partner and also covering his time post letter being sent (as stated in first invoice). However we agreed that the £3000 paid would cover the actions bullet pointed regarding the second advanced invoice leading up to and including time in court.Also, I would like to point out the time scale in which all this took from initiating back in April, having to chase several times to get the case to the point of counsel, making a distressing time more distressing.All in all, Ammer Tufail of Arrow solicitors has no regard apart from stinging people along for money, giving them false hope, passing (or not passing as such) the work on to a third party. He does not respond to emails, calls and texts. I would certainly not recommend this one..

Ammer Tufail assisted us with a spouse visa application and was extremely thorough, ensuring every base was covered. He was very pleasant and made himself available to us at all times during the application process. He clearly knew his stuff and as a result the application was successful. Thank you Ammer!

My family member had injury claim dealt by sumran who lied and lied on so many occasions I would not recommend this solicitor for any one .I can't comment on any one else working here but over all Realy bad firm .

Incredible service from Ammer Tufail at Arrow Law. We had previously used this service for my wife's UK visa application, and it was not a simple application as she comes from Colombia. Everything was successful and we were very grateful. This last month, we realised in a panic that we were nearly out of time, and Ammer picked up late at night on a Saturday to help us out. Within a very short window, he had sorted everything and just this morning we received the best possible outcome. We are incredibly lucky to have him representing us. Highly recommended

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to arrow law solicitors. Especially Mr. Sumran Raja for initially guiding on what supporting documents were required for my wife’s personal injury case.The case was than passed onto Ms. Tazmina, who was very helpful, responded to my emails in a timely manner and guided us along the way.The issue was settled in a reasonably good time considering Covid 19 pandemic.Thank you to arrow law solicitors and especially Ms. Tazmina, who had been a great help.
