Friendly enough place, but could do with traffic lights to help you get out when fully loaded

Things started off well when I contacted Deco-Pak to find suppliers in my region as my usual outlet was out of stock of potting grit.My call was taken by a female member of staff by the name of Heidi and all was polite and helpful and although Heidi said she could look for suppliers in my postcode area whilst I waited I said take my email and contact me when you have time and all was looking good.Later that day I received and email with a list of suppliers in another part of the country so I thought simple mistake and emailed Heidi and she admitted a mistake had been made and would come back later with stockists in my region.A few days later and no response so I called Heidi and asked if she could email some suppliers over. Then the attitude changed and became unwilling to help me as she was too busy.Well, Heidi we’re all busy however this was a simple request that was simply met with an unhelpful, uncooperative manner.Having used Deco-Pak for some time we’ve now we’ve taken the decision to look elsewhere in the future.Not great customer service.

If they treat their customers like their neighbours I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. Regularly breaching noise abatement orders starting at 6am and caught on camera throwing waste over their boundary fence. Employees have no respect whatsoever, probably due to their management.

Garden and building supplies well stocked and prices seemed reasonable good staff efficient loading

Enjoy going here,nobody pesters you,you feel free to roam,there vast yard of goodies which underpriced all the other places even more so onthere multi buys

Having never made a purchase from here I don't know what they're like to buy from, however as a neighbour I can safely say that the company is not well run as it constantly flouts noise abatement notices. They have vehicles shoveling aggregate around as early as 6.30 in the morning despite previous warnings not to do so by Calderdale Council. If they're happy to flout restrictions like this it makes you wonder what other shortcuts they take in their day to day business.

Don't apply for a job here..went for an interview on Tuesday the 14th of Feb..got told to start the week after and for 4 weeks I kept getting my start date put back..still to this day I haven't heard anything back from them,luckily I managed to find a new job

I bought some pea Gravel which was cheaper than B&Q very accommodating, the young office lad even helped to load my Vehicle, that you cannot buy! Great work lads. 5* Service.
