Ordered meat free and was served meat. First staff member wasn't helpful in fact they were arguing with me despite what it said on my receipt! Another staff member intervened and sorted it. Given that meat free products are becoming more convincing, cafes need to be careful to get orders right.

Tables dirty, menu sticky to touch, unhelpfull waitress.Food poor, baked potato cheese and beans. Potatoes was dry to crispy to eat or cut through, beans cold, fish well done and dry, chops dry over cooked.Chef clothes were dirty, he was serving, on the till and cooking. He was pleasant but looked scruffy for a chef.Long waits at till.Won't eat there again

Morrisons Cafe staff very rude. swearing & complaining because I ordered something from the board but refused to make it because it was 10:30am. Yet it stated on the Radio station food served all day.So I assume your staff are very lazy and reluctant to work or your company doesn’t highlight the times where certain meals are available very well.I had just finished working from a night shift & the large gentlemen Chef said“Are you serious, are you being serious, who orders steak pie at this time” I was seriously insulted by the way he said it as he has no right to question my choice of meal & the customer is always right which in this instance I was.Also another member of staffWho referred to herself as “Ali P” was swearing and complaining at me as I already paid for my food that the chef now wouldn’t make due to the time.I didn’t get to eat that meal that I really wanted I had to change my choice to suit the needs of the 2 staff members Chef/Ali p , if I really wanted a Karen’s Diner experience I would have gone to the real thing it’s something I didn’t expect to have sat with my partner at Morrisons Cafe. Won’t be going again!

Love myself a Morrison's breakfast. Now that they have a self ordering till it has really impressed me not only can you see your order but u no longer have to wait in a mile long queue waiting for people to choose if they want extra egg or not. The staff are always really helpful and kind. To top it off it's actually great on price too.

Staff were extremely rude. We just got to the cafe and went to order and then a member of staff came over and said we cant wait at the till which we didnt know coz we hadn't been since covid and there was no signs explaining this only for the member of staff to snap at us saying I just told you it's a 30 minute wait!" Even though she hadn't spoken to us so when we said she hadn't spoken to us she continued to snap at us saying "Alright!" as if we were being rude by explaining that she hadn't spoken to us. All we wanted was a nice breakfast not to be treated like dirt

Poor service staff rude and slow no one about to serve at till no numbers at self checkout till. Drink machine not working
