We had a horrible experience with them. We had to cancel our booking due to non-availability of visa appointments in NYC consulate.They do not give any guidance or support for visa process first of all. Once we need to cancel, they tried to extract a higher cancellation charges. Thankfully I had printed out the entire booking confirmation and could avoid additional charges (67%) they tried to levy. Still waiting for 50% of our full booking amount.We recommend taking print outs of correspondences as they communicate only by in-site messaging, which they can any time change/withdrawAvoidable agency.
