Excellence of the highest order in customer service provided by Melanie Hagger, very professional and knowledgeable regarding foods and supplements for a allergy suffering dog. Will always come back provided that she serves us as my dog seemed to form a attachment to her very quickly, and my dog is never wrong when finds good people.

I am smitten with this wonderful Pet Store and so are my dogs! We have been going to Pets Corner since Christmas 2021. We now visit monthly for grooms (also an amazing team - thanks Mary, Abbie, Jade and Ellie) and at the same time, I stock up with food and treats.I love the range of food and treats; the quality and freshness.The team of staff are outstanding. As soon as you enter, you are welcomed with warm, friendly smiles. Everyone is so helpful. They will talk you through products and share their expertise.We travel from Harrow. I now wouldn’t go anywhere else!A big thank you to the whole team: Steph, Emma, Sarah O, Sarah T, Sophie, Dave, Chloe, Stevie and Jo!Amanda, Belle and JJ

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well laid out shop with loads of choice for cats and dogs. Food from raw food to insect based food. There a spa inside with a selfie wall. Scales to weigh your pooch and lots of other goodies such as toys and bedding. I only focused on cats and dogs so not sure about other pets. Nice experience and not busy. Maybe a little pricey. Ample free parking.

I have never met such knowledgeable staff then at Pets Corner. They are helpful and patient they spend time explaining everything about dogs dog food ingredients and advising you what would and not be good for your pets. JO specifically spent so much time with us and her advice was invaluable I highly recommend this shop and it’s staff. Five star from us.

Pets Corner have the most amazing staff who are so knowledgeable about animals. I brought my rescue 8 month old Weimaraner in (Cali) to have a harness and collar fitted last saturday. She is so frightened of everything as not been socialised at all by previous owner or been allowed to get used to her environment. Steph, Sarah & Jo managed to keep her calm whilst fitting the right harness and kept me calm too! Its always been my go to place with dogs I have had and offers a first class service. I visited again this morning to buy a Halti and Steph was amazing in fitting Cali without her being at all bothered which was so good as she is still a worried girl. Apart from the wonderful staff they sell everything you could possible want or need so I absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful place

Such a fantastic store and such brilliant staff! Emma and Steff were so kind and even offered me use of their company telephone, when I had almost no signal and battery life, so that I could call my mum to double check what she needed. Thanks so much ladies and all the staff for always going above and beyond!! :)
