Trinity Waterside & Marina

Been here for about 3 months. No complaints. Max is lovely as is his new assistant Simon. The only bugbear is the problem with the gates but Im sure Max will get it sorted. Great washing facilities, showers and toilets. We are very happy to live here.

An Aquavista marina. Since being taken over by Aquavista, standards have dropped significantly. Understaffed, the shop is open for around 15 hours a week.The manager doesn't seem to care about the moorers, condescending,sarcastic replies to queries being his staple.Emailing customer services sees emails sent back to the manager.Washing machines don't wash clothes properly, driers are dirty. Showers are cold with poor water pressure.Secure" moorings are a joke

We have moored at trinity marina for 6 years and have seen many changes in that time in ownership and staff. New fencing and electronic gates feel much more secure and safer. Max, the manager is approachable, friendly and fair to moorers but has clamped down on any antisocial behaviour making it a much more pleasant place to stay. Would certainly recommend Trinity Marina

We stayed here for one night on our way up the Ashby Canal as we wanted to do some laundry. We got a very warm welcome from Simon and Max.The laundry facilities were excellent with three commercial sized washers and dryers meaning we got everything done at once and for a reasonable price.The showers and toilets were spotlessly clean and spacious and the resident moorers were all very friendly.It was a short bus ride into Hinckley town centre where there is a Sainsbury’s and a Lidl so we were able to get stocked up on provisions too.We will be back.

Great Marina for a stop over. Very modern facilities. Staff very helpful.

Always a pleasure to have a drink in the marina, staff are helpful and friendly. Food is good, haddock and chips are the dogs xxxxxx.

Made really welcome initially for a one day stay then decided to stay a second. Max showed the location of the berth and all the facilities which as a visitor we could use. The nearby boaters were on the jetty to assist and welcome us which was of course helpful and friendly. Max and Simon in their ever friendly helpful way were there to assist as we went around to the service berth to use the pump out facility. Thanks to you both and all the boaters we met for a pleasant stay. We'll be back.Max signed envelope still sealed!!!NB. A Frayed KnotPS the Brewers Fayre next door comes recommended real ale as well

Takes to long for things to be fixed think the toilet and shower where not workin for 3 weeksGate always breaks and has still not been fixed properlyManager has no people skillsSimon is great and will help as much as he canShop is never open and then they close it for staff traininOh and if u ask the manager a question and he doesnt no the answer it is beyond his pay grade
