Excellent service. I arrived, unexpected, with a piece of carpet to be turned into a rug. It was done very quickly, while I waited, and backed so it sticks to the carpet - all done socially distanced and very professionally. I am really grateful and recommend Colchester Rug Co without reservation.

Took some carpet yesterday to be made into a rug (as I couldn't find a large rug online that I liked without costing the earth) got a call first thing this morning to say that it was done (3m x 3m). Such a fantastic service, brilliant communication throughout and Derek was so helpful. Highly recommend to anyone. Very reasonable price too.

We can't recommend this company highly enough!We were looking for replacement carpets for our motorhome, we picked the carpet we wanted, and left the old ones as templates. This was on Saturday morning, lunchtime today, Monday, I get a call saying they were all done. Excellent service throughout, many thanks!
