Beautiful space with well-designed lightning, it feels open and bright despite being a basement club. Amazing facilities that also include Cryotherapy and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy room - really enjoyed my experience with both services. Team are super friendly, warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend if you need any health treatments or coaching like physio, personal training, sports massage etc.

Fantastic experience. I had my first session of cryotherapy here. Ali was really knowledgeable and put me totally at ease. Would definitely recommend for anyone in recovery or just as an extra boost to your fitness regime.

I recently used the cryotherapy treatment at Until Liv St and absolutely loved it. The staff here were extremely helpful, I spoke to Ali who explained everything and really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome in the club. Angie took me through to the treatment and was great breaking down the process of cryotherapy.I would highly recommend Until, and will be using the facility again!

Came to try the cryo chamber. It was an amazing experience for first timer. Felt well informed and safe. The staff were fun, easy going and knowledgeable.And the session itself was great actually (I was so nervous).Highly recommend. Space looks good.

Wonderful experience trying the hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment. The oxygen chamber is spacious and comfortable. I was guided through the process and felt safe and well attended to. Looking forward to trying the cryotherapy next. The facilities were beautifully designed and well maintained. The staff was kind and extremely helpful.

I had an amazing experience here and can’t begin to praise the staff enough! All are very welcoming and put me at ease (as a fairly new gym-goer things can be intimidating). They were all very knowledgeable and the facilities and environment were very clean and tidy - can’t go wrong!
