Always shut not even 7 on this Tuesday evening Sunday shut before 8

Absolute waste of a shop, always half empty of stock. Rude staff !Staff talking about customer’s rudely after they leave the shop.

This store is disgusting. The staff are great and it's a shame they have to put up with it but their air con is always broken. It melts all the chocolate in the store and turns the rest of the food. Forget the use by dates the food is super heated so you will get sick. This place is a law suit waiting to happen. There are some really hard working staff here and some really lazy ones. Shelves always missing stock. If it wasn't for the fact this place is local I wouldn't bother.

Staff are rude. Food out of date and lady got funny when I brought it to her attention. Old lady behind till was being rude about customers who had just left shop. Will not be shopping here again. Would rather go to lidl

Awful place staff will only serve you if they are not chatting or outside smoking Shop not very clean and staff not wearing masks even though it is now mandatory for shop staff to do so Wont be returning

I hate to give bad feedback but I am fed up of the post office in there being closed every single evening!! it’s advertised its open till 10, I’ve never been able to post past half 6. Management need to do something about this as it’s a joke now.

The shop is small. similar to the other express shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I try to avoid this shop as much as I can but as it’s my local sometimes I have to pop in for some stuff. The staff are really rude, the post office is never open in the hours it’s stated that it’s supposed to be open till 9pm I believe and they’re never open till that time, they close the post office when they feel like it. So unprofessional. I even know of a woman who had an injury working at this shop and she should sue them for compensation because that is not okay. And as for the groceries in the shop absolutely appalling, I bought some milk and it was meant to be sealed but it was clearly opened and could have been tampered with, luckily I noticed it looked strange as if it was out of date! The date said 14th August and I bought it on 8th August. It smelled really bad!! It’s really put me off buying milk from them again and that’s a shame because it’s my local shop and I would have to walk miles to a coop store. But I won’t be risking that again. The turnover of the stock needs to be addressed, the post office needs to be open within the correct hours and the staff need to go to charm school because they are very rude never give receipts unless you ask for them and you shouldn’t have to do that every time. If I could give zero stars I would. I believe that the poor customer service is due to the way they are treated as staff by the higher up because I’ve hear some stories about how bad they treat their staff in this shop. Maybe care more about your employees and they will then care more about their customers and therefore the shop won’t lose profit nor customers. This shop will go under one day if these problems aren’t addressed in the correct manner.

What a lovely little shop, nicely laid out with stuff you need. Staff are really helpful.
