I ordered online and after well over an hour of waiting I tried contacting them by phone...nothing. I tried by Google chat, nothing. I sent text messages to the mobile number provided and tried calling that. Just rings out and no answer from any avenue I tried.Clearly someone is just ignoring us rather than being shut etc. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with....because there is none. And still no food

Never ordered from here but they somehow have my number and spam me with offers. Aggressive marketing would never order now

This place is amazing! Definately going to be ordering again! Donuts and cookie dough are perfect, and the ice cream is lovely too! 100/10!!

Ordered dessert from here last night for my family. I would have given all five stars but they got a mojito wrong, I ordered the Nasty girl Mojito but they seemed to have given me the turtle bay mojito. My cousin and sister also thought their cookie dough was basically hard like a biscuit and nothing like cookie dough. The other items we ordered were a Queens Croissant (Kinder Bueno), blue lagoon Mojito, Nutella Churros, Cornflake tart, Harlem Donut (Biscoff) and a Biscoff Milkcake. The rest of the desserts tasted very nice and we will definitely order again so we can try other things on the menu.
