Booked for someone to come and quote for new locks, a pair of handles and keys. A week later a thoroughly miserable man came and promised a quote would be sent early the next week. Needless to say it didn't arrive. So I chased the office and a lady told me she would be in touch within 1 - 2 days once she had spoken to her colleague.2 weeks later......Nothing! What a waste of time and effort. Clearly they couldn't be bothered!

I rang the office at 10am this morning to arrange for a new lock to be fitted and the locksmith was with me by 11.30! I call that exceptional service!I found both the lady I spoke to on the phone and the locksmith friendly and professional. The job was carried out promptly and I'm very pleased with the result, therefore I would highly recommend.

Good service here ,I had keys cut had problem with one key key went back next day lady was nice friendly and problem sorted was told try again any problems come back and we will cut another key for you , I didn't need to go back again key was fine

We had requested Chant to come and replace the lock to one of our offices, the man arrived who was extremely rude and miserable. Without knowing who one of my staff were he demanded to Get someone who is in charge". I later found out that this staff member of Chant was the company director
