Cannot fault the experience I had with Global Vans. All departments I spoke to were proffessional and the communication was spot on.My main dealings were with Christian Skene who was extremely patient with my individual circumstances and worked hard to get me the best deal.The van actually arrived a few weeks earlier than the expected date which was a real bonus.

Ordered a truck with a delivery date of mid October, By November and i am told it wont be till 2024 !! . I expressed my frustration and was told i could have the next model up in 7 to 10 days time. I signed the order and waited, after 7 days i contacted them to see why i had not had the finance paperwork sent. They said i had finance declined ( although it had already been approved for the first truck i ordered). They then told me they have another finance company that are looking at it, that was 8 days ago and still no contact. I have now asked for my deposit back which seems to have fallen on deaf ears. I would avoid Global vans unless you like disappointment.UPDATE: To respond to your comment below NO i have not had any missed calls or emails from Global vans !!!!

Speak to Global Vans.I would not bother speaking to other company's especially as a starting business, from experience I can say that their approach to helping" you aquire the right vehicle is not anywhere close to that of Global Vans .Stewart Mallet from Global Vans is a great example of not only great customer service but the ability to speak to people. I had told him my situation and what I was looking for and that was what was achieved

Avoid Avoid AvoidSent me the wrong spec van and won’tSo far my experience has be horrendous! Very helpful in selling you the van but once you have the van there is zero customer service. Every time time I call they don’t answer so I then have to withhold my number and then I get through straight away. Once I am on the phone and they realise it’s me they say Gavin is out at the moment or the manager Tom is in a meeting, and never return my phone calls. I have been trying to talk to someone for the last 2 months and I haven’t got anywhere.

Do not buy from this company I have been totally let down by the quality of a new van supplied to me it hasn't got a good panel on it it arrived with no pdi filthy dirty covering up the faulty paint work I am now at a stage I'm going legal they have made no attempt to contact me about cancellation of the deal and collection of the vehicle just acknowledge my letter of intent .I have had the vehicle independently inspected telling me that it has been resprayed dont get talked into accepting any faults you find on delivery they won't sort it out .One picture shows missing black metallic paint showing the original white paint beneath ..Another shows the thin black paint as white specs if you look at it upwards.I waited over 16 months for this rubbish to be delivered failed delivery dates they try to get you to cancel dont do that you will loose your deposit and more read there small print on cancellation of your ordered van ..Then another tactic is diverting your calls to answering service when you are trying to sort things out as for doing business in a good way as one of there employees told me is totally laughable..Avoid Avoid Avoid ....Im sure im not the only unsatisfied customer ...Tell your stories!!!Updated review totally unacceptable reply from bvrla global vans etc they have not taken all the facts into consideration and saying your only going to put right the original issues highlighted on the delivery report i never recieved any guidelines or pre delivery forms from global to guide me through the process I was made aware of them only when I rang to complain telling me to fill them in ..Which I never received any because emails were down another baloney story ....The Van was that dirty they couldn't be seen apart from the buff marks as per pictures attached it wasn't until the dealer who would only pay for it to be cleaned not 2 stage polished the main issues arose I rejected the van under the consumer act within 30 days no need its of not new quality. ..So be ware of false promises to get all the issues sorted they back track and now nothing apart from the buff marks are to be fixed ....Ripped right off

Had great customer service from Rhiannon Rivers - she gave me space when I needed to think about my options. Gave detailed information about what vans were possible and seemingly got a good price for our purchase.Only negative was receiving a call from one of her seniors trying to force the sale because it was month end". I didn't like being pushed much. Understand that's the nature of sales but felt pushy and slightly unnecessary due to having being quite communicative with Rhiannon.Overall would recommend!"

I received excellent service from Gavin Sloan at Global Vans. He kept me well informed and was always very prompt at getting back to me via email and telephone calls. He helped me make informed decisions as well as clearly up any confusion I had when my lease came to an end. He was friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with.
