The Car Wash Company Inverness (Eastgate Shopping Centre)

Avoid at all costs, pushy sales people and sub standard work, bunch of cowboys. Went here again March 2022 and really not impressed, the guy was pushing the most expensive product despite me saying several times I did not want to spend that amount, settled on a deal for a slightly cheaper product and was quoted 2 hours, near 3 hours later car was ready, car seat was left in the most ridiculous position so much so that I could barely get in the car, once home it became apparent that they hadn't cleaned the alloys properly or evenly dressed the tyres, the windows had a residue on them too so had to clean them myself. Bodywork and alloys had white residue from not being correctly wiped or polised. A £5 jet wash gives better results. Waste of money,will never go back.

So I took my Honda civic in on 17/11/20 and asked for a £20 valet service, the guy looked at my car and said no its too dirty for that

Used the service today. Paid £60, found staff so pushy and I wanted the £35 service but was told that because my car was dirty it would be £60 and the inside would get cleaned too. Picked it up, looked fine as the carpark is so dark. Then realised when I parked up outside that it's not been cleaned well, certainly not worth £60 - half that at best and not a professional service. Dirt still stuck around door handles, along seals, boot ledge, under wheel arches, dirt on grill, they didn't clean inside well and still had a coffee spill from the morning in the cup holder. So disappointed. Will not be using this service again nor recommending it. Have emailed the owner with pictures so hopefully theyl resolve this.

If I could attach photos I would. I paid £27 and have no idea what the man actually did. I bought a secondhand car and immediately got it valeted here. It mainly needed the interior plastics cleaned and hoovered. They are still covered in greasy bits and dog hair, crumbs. It would have been so simple and easy to hoover and wipe down. The place is so dark you can't actually see the results when you return so I said it was fine. It wasn't until I came out the car park I realised what a terrible job he'd done. He hadn't even cleaned the outside of my window and driver door which was covered in dust.Genuinely confused as to what he did.

Met with very aggressive staff who tried to insist that I needed the Diamond package rather than Platinum as my car was very dirty" which it absolutely wasn't. Argued with me that my Renault Kadjar was in fact a 4 x 4

I had my car cleaned and polished along with the wheels and tyres done. The guys did a fantastic job. Removed as much of the exhaust dust from the rear as they could too, which is a tough job in itself. The car was spotless.

Aggressive and intimidating sales pitch by staff member , he told me it would be £160 pounds, he said the exterior was very dirty ( it wasn't ) , he saw me put my dog harness in glove box and said because of dog hair - it would cost extra ( i have a very small non casting pooch and NO hair in my car ) .i managed to get the attention of another member of staff who came over and told me it would be £34 , he appeared to find his colleagues behaviour amusing , when i returned to collect my vehicle he asked for £38 , I reminded him of the previous price , his response was abrupt and just as aggressive “ I told you earlier you have a 4x4 “ ( i most definatley don't - its a diesel kia sportage and he didn't mention 4x4 or i would have disagreed there and then) i just wanted away from these guys - (absolute bullies ) gave him his £38 and left without my change ,I definatley do NOT recommend this company particularly to any lone females

What a waste of money cost me £30 the car was still dirty when I checked it when I stop 5 min down the road when I went for fuel. A 5 year old could of done better the car was dirty in side and out! I had to clean it myself as there was still dust on dash and floors still dirty and not good on the outside either. I don't normally put bad reviews on but just wasted £30I would stay away guys not good!

Appaling service, hostility and aggression from both of the attendants working today (5th Aug 2023). Damage to vehicle, and unacceptable behaviour.Returning to collect my car I was informed that my wing mirror had been broken during the clean. Both individuals proceeded to blame me for the damage becoming increasingly hostile as I attempted to determine how that could possibly be the case. No apology or humility. In addition the number listed on the website is not in service. Avoid.
