Unorganised lack of processesContracts are fit for the business - read carefully its not for the employeeTeam of 2 and they promised a big team lolBasic and low quality ways of working and not what I am willing to doLack of diversity defoFace fits company - if you fit in or a long timer you are heardI was told by I complicate things no they have low quality ways of working and a lack of processesPitching is laughable never ever experiences such unorganisation and lack of ownership of senior mangers who should be owning thisTry to insult me but you are loosing it trying to make money out of clients with low quality services and innovation.Most miserable 3 months of my lifeBe careful they seem nice with all these awards lolol but the company meeting on Friday said otherwise - people are fed up you don't listen or consider feedback from employees nothing changes I can see that unless your face fits you are not importantOn the up my 1 team mate was fab! lol just 2 of us and the director had a whole meeting with me to ask me what they can do to makesure I dont go what I did before - they did me bad they treated me worse! lolWhew! Onto bigger and better things!
