Harmony with Hope Therapy

My sessions with Kathy are like a little oasis of calm! I usually go in full of stress and then I have either a massage or an Indian head massage which are so relaxing. After that… a Reiki session which is meditative and always leaves me feeling much better and somehow lighter and more positive. I always say to Kathy that I’m not at all spiritual, but she’s winning me over!

I’ve been going to Kathy for reiki for years now and it’s always been a great experience. She makes you feel amazing and I come out feeling relaxed and in such a great mood. During my pregnancy, Kathy was really accommodating and now my daughter is showing the benefits of having had reiki both before and after her birth. Would highly recommend.
