Fantasy service, I have been coming for many years. When I had my first appointment Chloe sat me down and went through what I wanted, I was some one who had lost confidence in the hairdressers . This has been restored With the experience of the staff, and coming away satisfied with the service my hairdresser and Ava Rose give me.My daughter also goes and we are always offered coffee or hot chocolate with biscuits and lollipops for my daughters. Definitely 100% service.

I love this place! Been a customer for over 10 years and has walked me through my wedding, children and is now our choice across the 5 of us. It’s also had to work miracles on home colour disasters! All the team are fabulous at what they do and make you feel so very welcome. Try it!

Hair looked lovely but was more expensive than I expected for what I had done (I never asked the price before I went though). However one of the hairdressers was speaking very loudly about an operation they had had whilst doing someone's hair, and the graphic conversation could be overheard by the whole room including myself and someone sat to the side of me. Not a very professional thing to do. It's meant to be a relaxing experience and this loud conversation is not one a professional hairdresser should be graphically talking about in the salon in my opinion.
