I decided to start my laser hair removal journey at Ef Mediaspa in Chelsea in 2021. I was introduced to Zoe, who gave me a very clear consultation and then I met Virginija who conducted all my sessions. She is honestly THE best - she made me really comfortable and was very considerate throughout the process. If you're considering laser hair removal, I would definitely recommend EF Medispa

Top notch spa with a genuinely personal touch.I have been visiting EF Medispa for several years now and highly recommend it. They offer a wide array of treatments which can be a bit daunting at first. Thankfully, Zoe is on hand to spend time, discussing your individual needs and working out the right treatments for the results you are looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable and will immediately put you at ease.All of the therapists are lovely - they are caring and kind and make the effort to get to know you as a person, rather than just another client. The personal approach really makes the difference. I feel like I am visiting friends whenever I go there.

had made an appointment to visit Medi spa during early/mid 2021. I was seen by a person who only collects money and takes photos. Had no medical consultation despite requests to meet a dermatologist.I had mentioned to them time and time again that I had particular issues and would like to have medical consultation by a professional.The lady concerned was insistent she knew what she was doing.She recommended the treatment that cost me my two months salary and was unemployed at that time and to get into employment. I wanted the treatment.She took the funds from me with thumbs up to her colleagues and took the cash happily.After that I was assured me that there will be continuous consultation and promises of keeping an eye of the development of the treatment.I had then had Initial concerns as it was my facial treatment and my gut feeling after was she used me as a guinea pig for this treatment to test for their salon.I was provided with no paperwork initially until I complained 2 weeks later.I was refused to be seen later and I have been trying to call to make appointments with the salon to see the atrocious results no one is giving me an appointment, but fobbing me off with excuses with no appointments available to call again.Please shop around before you take treatments from arrogant behavioural staff and professional looking beauty salons and incompetency with the treatments that are given to certain members of the public with no due care and attention.Since then I have been very ill mentally & physically with thetrauma of the treatment.Inmentally and physically with stress as I felt I was cheated and infact the issues have got worse as the treatment was

Have been really unhappy with my skin for years and although very expensive was set on trying the Pixel Laser Treatment. I then had my consultation with Zoe at the Chelsea location and she recommended a less invasive and less expensive treatment plan (3 micro-needling sessions with Dermapen) to achieve my skin goals. I was so pleased she didnt try to upsell me on a treatment I didnt really need after all and how transparent and supportive she was in the whole process. Highly recommend a consultation with Zoe!

Horrific!! Went for an appointment, travelled all the way there and was 20 minutes early so said would the consultant be free earlier. Was told she was not, despite me seeing that she was not busy. So was given the option to wait or re-book. As I was already there I said I of course would wait for my appointment. 5 mintues later I got told the consultant is too busy and would be very late for my appointment ad I should go to the Kensington branch!!!!! The consultant was clearly just not bothered to do the appointment and trying to send me off to another branch another day. When I said this to the receptionist, she didn't deny it. How wrong to have an appointment and when someone travels all the way there, say there isn't any time for them and go to a different branch another day!!! Would advise no one to go here and I definitely will not be going back.

I’ve had such a positive and pleasant experience at EF MEDISPA Chelsea clinic. Especially grateful to Virginija who took a time to talk me through the process to ensure I was fully comfortable with the treatment. I had the Microfirm for the first time and can’t wait to see the final results but loving the changes already.Sylwia also extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice and really good product recommendations.Definitely recommend to anyone and can’t wait to make a return visit and get more treatments done.Well done girls! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've now had a few treatments at the EF Medispa in Chelsea, and wow - what an excellent experience it has been. I've always been made to feel so welcome. You know you are in capable hands and they are going to take good care of you.I spoke with Zoe in my consultation meeting and she has been amazing - so lovely and enthusiastic! You can tell she really wants the best for you. She listened carefully to what my problem areas were and knew exactly what treatments I needed.The therapists have always been extremely friendly and professional - they have explained what they are going to do, how the treatment works and what to expect. This takes away any nerves you may have as you know you are in capable hands.

I was looking for a solution for my saggy, tired looking skin. I went to EF Medispa and I met with Zoe. She is amazing, extremely knowledgeable, professional and has friendly attitude. She helped me to pick the right treatment for my skin. Now I am having Radiofrequency treatment and my skin looks amazing and much fresher . All therapists are great but Virginia is exceptional.She is very caring and courteous. She knows what she is doing and applies the right treatments and creates magic. She is friendly and understands what my skin needs. My skin got clearer and firmer and everyone tells me I looked 10 years younger!

Amazing service. Had a free consultation with Zoe and she is absolutely incredible. I was convinced I would be offered a bunch of treatments/ products. Zoe advised to not do anything as my skin barrier is compromised, she looked through the products I started to use recently and advised to continue with those. Zoe recognised that I bought good products and was not trying to sell me the line that they are using. She advised to use them for a couple of months and then come back and start doing treatments once my skin barrier is healthy again. I find it really refreshing going to a place that isn't trying to sell you a bunch of treatments that could potentially harm your skin in the long run, creating more issues.
