They have been ultra professional and made the task of getting a fire risk assessment completed on my Grandad’s flat prior to the sale going through an absolute breeze. They have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and have really gone the extra mile. I am extremely grateful and with confidence I can and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and prompt service in field of fire risk assessment and alike. We used Source Fire Risk Management Ltd for the first time, and from the first contact with Mel, we knew that the experience was going to be great. Jonathan carried out our FRA. We were most impressed by his easy manner and his professionalism, and his down-to-earth approach. He is knowledgeable and understanding. The FRA report is clear and concise, and includes an Action list, so we don't have to interpret what is contained in the report. We will certainly be using their services again.

We have worked with the team at Source FRM for a number of years now on our portfolio of properties. Their reports are excellent in presentation and very clear, precise and simple to undertsand and follow all at a very competitive price.

Source Fire carried out a Fire Risk Assessment at my business however when the report came back it was full of inaccuracies and assumptions. When I made them aware of these it took them 3 months to respond despite me chasing them and they refused to adjust their report, even though I could provide evidence of meeting various requirements. I would not recommend this company.
