The staff couldn’t find my order number. After I tried to help find the order number they were unable to locate it. The response from the staff member behind the desk was order it again and said “all right mate”. No one got up from the desk to greet me or any-other customer coming through the door and were busy chatting among themselves. It left me feeling I was a problem for them and they did not want my custom. Not coming back.

Terrible knowledge behind the counter. Failed to tell me that there were several options for certain parts on two visits within two weeks and showed no remorse or acknowledgement to their mistakes.

Don't believe the prices that GSF advertise online. This branch won't match them, in fact they don't even come close. Talk about misleading the public into thinking that your are cheaper than EuroCar Parts, A to Z and everyone else. Also, some of the staff could do with some McDonalds customer training; yes, that's how bad they are.

Bougth two DRIVETEC FRONT TRACK CONTROL ARMS. LOWER LH failed after 6 months.Couldn't proceed with warranty as I didn't have receipt any more only order confirmation and collection note on my email.

Always received excellent customer service from Chris (if im not mistaken his name). As I am a regular customer (since 2007) click and collect ordering online Chirs never let me feel unwelcome He always double check the parts for me with smile. I wish the other receptionist guy Danny was like Chris too. TOP MARKS to GSF Reading due to Chris :)

GSF Car Parts (Reading)
GSF used to have one of the best customer service on the counter in Reading, however these days there are few clowns occupied those seats and treat you like a plebs. I gave up dealing with them completely in the end… try to buy online and save £££ instead.
