I dined in. I found the staff so friendly and accommodating. My friend and I felt so unrushed by the staff even though it was closing time… I really appreciated this.

We have just been through the drive-thru, the chap in the green elf top brown hair what a credit to you guys. Fantastic service making us laugh while we waited for our drinks. Even noticed my daughter in the back saying hello and offered to cool her drink down for her. He was just lovely even my partner said why can’t everyone be like that. You made an impression :)

Slow service ignored for ages and then 1 word questions no personality at all staff seem busy doing nothing and letting the queues build up. Overpriced and expensive considering the size and as for food well its microwaved frozen rubbish

Very busy whenever I visit, but service still good. Generally visit here to work, and the accessibility of plug sockets everywhere is great. Does always seem a little understaffed, but they do a great job.

I was the only person in the queue, however, not one member of staff acknowledged me or had the decency to say they'll take my order shortly. All staff were too busy with the drive through. Either hire more staff or organise your work processes. I won't be returning! Rude and disgusting place. P.S, my wife experienced something similar.

Attentive and pleasant staff and plenty of space. Coffee and cakes always consistently good. The only complaint I have is the poor signal on my phone network, not Costa's fault of course but it does put me off going here when I have some work to do. The WiFi isn't great either. Costa used to offer gluten free panini's but every time I go in they don't have any, I have to eat gluten free and soya free but there's no choices for me here so it's just coffee boo
