I think my therapists name is Nina and it was a pleasure to see her still there after not having laser since 2019 due to pregnancy and breastfeeding. She did an excellent job at putting me at ease and explaining all the things I didn't remember. Treatment was amazing - she deserves a payrise!!

I am new to this beauty clinic, it took me a very long time to find a clinic that is trustworthy and with positive results. I came across Premier Laser whilst doing my research and when having my consultation I felt like I was in safe hands. Tania who is an excellent practitioner extremely professional at what she does, talked me through the options I had for the best possible results. She was clear and I felt she listened properly to my needs and addressed them well. Once I started the treatments which was Green Peel for my whole back area, she explained step by step and the after care. I had 2 sessions of 3- I must say that I happy with the results, and looking forward for my last one. Thanks to the positive experience that I’ve had with Tania, I’ve decided to try the PRC as I was looking for a good and efficient treatment for my face. I highly recommend this clinic, the staff are kind and respectful. Prices are reasonable. I will be definitely having more treatments here in the future.

I had my treatment with Saba. Her knowledge and experience is very evident. She definitely cares about her clients and is honest from start to finish about the process, pros/cons and results. I had laser hair removal at this establishment. The staff were very pleasant. They ensured I had a patch test before my first appointment. I felt like the clinician knew what she as doing. I was happy with my experience.

I would recommend Tania, she is very welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable from the beginning of each treatment, she is careful to explain everything in detail and makes sure she has answered every question before starting.Getting laser was the best I have done :)

Absolutely lovely clinic. The staff are all so accommodating and very professional. I recently started Cosmelan Peel treatment with them and so far it’s been great. The ambience is lovely and I like that the staff working their are quiet knowledgeable about the services being offered and are always eager to help.

I had another fantastic experience at the laser salon and would like to commend Shannon for her exceptional customer service, responsiveness, and willingness to help, which I found truly impressive.Araxia, the laser technician, is outstanding. Her precision and efficiency in performing laser treatments are remarkable. She takes her time to ensure every detail is attended to. Furthermore, her friendly and positive demeanor makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend their services!

My visit with Magda went very well, she was great and very knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and was very helpful. I have purchased a package of 10 sessions, however as soon as I paid I have instantly been very dissatisfied. I did not receive any acknowledgement of my purchase, which is weird considering I paid over 1k. I have called to book my first session and I was told I don’t even exist in their system. After a long while on the phone trying to prove I have purchased a package and confirming all my details multiple times I was told no appointments available for two weeks… after this finally finding a slot I was told I will receive a confirmation email for my appointment and still nothing. Feels extremely impersonal and I am not sure how I can trust a clinic that does this to paying customers.
