W came there two days ago to see Nissan Qashqai. The person who introduced us to a car was nice and polite and provided great service but... After finding a broken door handle, broken front lamp mounts and used rear brake pads we found an issue with the clutch pedal. We heard that we will not get the price lovered but everything will be repaired at the price that was in the advert which was 4000. Next day it should have an MOT and we can collect it. So far so good you say...no. The next day the owner said he will not invest money in fixing the car and the clouch is just esthetical. The only thing they fixed door handle and replace a lamp from another Qashqai that they have. No one calls us after that. Now the price in the advert is bigger 4195 and the car (checking on the DVLA website) is still not passing MOT. Because of the owner's greed that place can't be really good even the person working there cannot help if the boss is ignorant. And probably clouch pedal is still not fixed so be careful.

Bought a great Toyota Verso, unfortunately the timing chain developed a fault after a month of owning the car. The team were extremely helpful in sorting the issue out and looked after me. A new timing chain was fitted at no cost to me. A great experience from first viewing the car, purchasing and helping to resolve the fault. A great team I would recommend to trust.

Avoid like the plague. From the outset most of my face to face dealings were with Craig who was fantastic, and remained so throughout my protracted experience with this firm. Having purchased a Toyota from them, I quickly (within a matter of a week or two) found the air conditioning to be totally non-functioning. A local garaged diagnosed it as requiring a new condenser. And then the fun began…A number of emails to Paul Shorrock were ignored, and I only got a response after a letter was sent outlining my intention to have the work undertaken and seek to reclaim costs in small claims court. Paul refused to communicate by email or letter, only calling and refusing to engage in any meaningful conversation other than to tell me I was wrong. Phone calls got close to the point of harassment despite my asking for all communication to be in writing.Mr Shorrock’s intimidation and play school level of legal argument were duly ignored, however would be been very uncomfortable for some consumers, and I persisted to communicate in writing my intention to pursue costs if he did not resolve the problem.Thankfully Mr Shorrock must have consulted an adult, because eventually Craig made contact and arranged for me to bring the car in for the repair to be completed. This repair was done by the garage opposite and seems to have been done to a good standard. I dare say however most people may have given in to his intimidation and paid for the repair themselves.Some choice quotes from my exchanges include, but are not limited to:“Why do you need air conditioning it’s nearly winter”“You need to prove to me that it was broken when you collected the car”“All cars a few years old have things that don’t work on them”“I’ll pay for the re-gas as a good will gesture and you can pay for the condenser”And ironically “you clearly don’t know what you are talking about”

Bought a 63 plate peugeot 3008 2.0 diesel. I'm really happy with both the car and the service from P Shorrocks. I have now done 2000 miles in the car, and it's been superb.

Recently bought my second car from Paul Shorrock Car Sales.Test drove the car on short notice. Put a deposit down on the car and had to wait longer than I would of liked. Absolutely amazing service by Paul shamrocks. David has been absolutely amazing and so has Paul but my main applause is to David what a great member of staff he is. I bought my car and with having no knowledge about cars there was some repairs what needed fixing after having the car 2 months down the line a mechanic told me about the repairs and I rang Paul up and he got my car in straight away and fixed the problems without charging me. They have been brilliant from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company if you need a car
