Bought a b12 pro-kit, was initially abit disappointed as there was a delay in shipment, which was not properly informed to me, until i kept asking..but after that experience, the team assisted to follow up and delivered my item in good condition, experience could have been excellence if follow up was fast. but other than that, overall still a reasonable experience and will return to buy more.

Called on Monday to ask the delivery time on a set of Ferodo DS2500 brake pads for my JDM Legacy GT spec B, and was told not in stock, so if ordered online that day, it would be Thursday. Didn't get around to it, so ordered Tuesday lunchtime. To my surprise they arrived Wednesday! Outstanding service, and the best price by far.

Great advice, great communication, great service. I needed two wishbones for my Renault Clio. Initially one was on backorder with Renault, but as soon as it arrived I placed my order. Six days later they arrived at my doorstep here in Australia, brilliant.

Very bad customer service. I ordered braking pads and braided brake lines on the 19th of August and today 27th still waiting for them to let me know when it is gonna be dispatched . The bad thing is that I have sent them 3 emails and haven't got any replied.
