Michaela convinced me over the phone to choose their Hybrid Survey option (between Home Buyers Level 2 survey and a detailed Building Survey).Received a well detailed, thorough report with recomendations. Michaela was very helpful and even provided video clips of a few important items. Even my solicitor and the estate agent involved were impressed with the level of detail presented in Michaela's report.I would higly recomend this company's services.

Michaela and the team provided an excellent service. I opted for the executive summary report. It was was ideal for the Victorian 'fixer upper' I was buying. The report was very comprehensive, with plenty of useful detail, cost approximations, photos and even some videos from the survey.Michaela was really great to work with too. Highly recommend Michaela and Jo. The executive summary report provided by Michaela was very clear and identified areas in the property which require remedial work. Michaela also went through the report with me over the phone to explain some areas in more detail such as the estimated costs for the remedial work and helped us to understand how to address these issues. Michaela did the survey for a house that I am purchasing. From the very beginning, she clearly communicated her available dates and times and the corresponding dates the report would be ready.She organized the survey directly with my agent and my report was ready two days early and sent to me on a weekend.While she does provide RICS level 3 surveys, I opted for her bespoke hybrid survey.I am very pleased with the detail of the survey which pointed out things that I would need to look into within the first few years of owning the house that I would not have noticed myself.All in all very pleased with the level of service provided.

You will receive quotes for less and more money but you won't get a report as succinct and useful as the one provided by Michaela.Her tailored report, a hybrid of the commonly known HomeBuyers and Structural Survey, gets to the root of the problem quickly and even tells you how much it will cost to remedy. The exact format you need to approach a renegotiation of price if necessary.
