A peaceful, calm and tranquil setting, Sam is kind and so friendly, with an amazing gift. I had a Swedish back and leg massage and wow! I felt amazing, so relaxed during my treatment and afterwards. I absolutely love going to the secret retreat. Sam is ever so welcoming and friendly. You feel so relaxed and calm after your treatment - I never want it to end! I would definitely recommend the hot stone massage.

Sam is so friendly and down to earth, she has a lovely treatment room and uses luxurious temple spa products that smell gorgeous. I’ve been a customer for years now and have had many treatments (my favourite being the Indian head massage) and I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Every time i arrive at the secret retreat i never want to leave. The setting is very relaxing and Sam works incredibly hard to offer a full range of different seasonal experiences. She is very professional and knowledgeable as well as skilled. She is happy to tailor treatments to your needs and uses top quality products. I travel from London for my secret retreat fix, thats how good it is!

I go to Sam at the Secret Retreat mainly for facials, eyelash tint/lift and pedicures and I am always happy with the results. You walk away feeling relaxed and like I've just visited a mini spa. The Secret Retreat has a lovely calming atmosphere who I highly recommended for those wanting a more relaxing treatments.

I’ve been a regular customer to The Secret Retreat for many years and I have my favourite treatments but love to try any new treatments or packages that Sam has to offer. Today I’ve been for the ‘Summer sensation’ treatment. My expectations were well and truly exceeded! I spent 3 hours totally relaxed and left feeling like I’d had a full day in a luxury spa. Sam is always so friendly and welcoming but allows you to switch off completely, I think I slept more today on Sam’s beauty bed than I did last night!The treatment started with dry body brushing on my back and backs of my arms and legs, followed with a temple spa exfoliating scrub, removed with hot towels and then massaged with body oil. This was repeated on my arms and front of my legs with an exfoliating facial, hand and feet massage.Once I had woken up and dressed I enjoyed a pedicure whilst drinking my chosen mocktail- an alcohol free gin and tonic (you honestly wouldn’t have known it was zero alcohol!) and a bowl of fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, grapes and watermelon). My pedicure was finished off with gel nail polish- all ready for my holiday on Monday! I will be adding this to my list of favourites!Thank you Sam, Fantastic as always. X

Between us we have seen Sam for hot stones, swedish and pregnancy massages. Sam is so wonderfully personable, remembers us and our family and makes really nice conversation which eases you in and out of the treatment. The massages are great and we never want them to end. The sanctuary feels very private and calm, the music, smells and oils are all spot on. Sam has always been very accommodating of our needs and puts you at ease about your body.Hopefully be back very soon!

I can confidently say that Sam is the best masseuse I have ever encountered. All the treatments I have received from Sam have been excellent from the professional way she conducts her business to her sensitivity and understanding of how to give the best treatment to her individual customers.
