DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! Please heed all negative warnings about their conveyancing solicitors. I know every firm has bad reviews but this is genuinely the worst firm I have ever come across.It’s completion day and they haven’t sent the funds! They hadn’t even asked my buyer to send them! Absolute jokers, they are ignoring all calls from my estate agent and solicitor.The transaction has so far taken 6 months! They think it’s acceptable to raise queries the day before completion, without my buyer even knowing what’s happening. Totally unresponsive to my buyer, estate agent and solicitor over the entire transaction. Took months to raise searches and queries. They will be responsible for a chain collapsing. Please steer clear, no idea how they got so many positive reviews.
