Very poor customer service, requested plans for our project but then did not reply back. Over 3 months have called, emailed and left numerous voice mails. If you cannot get back to potential clients or do not have capacity then a simple response or reply is all that is needed. Does not bode well for future works if the builder is not communicating.

Absolutely brilliant experience with Pixel Construction.We procured Pixel Construction to undertake a full renovation including converting a garage into a study, fitting a new kitchen and bathroom as well as redecorating our entire house.Shivam and his Team are some of the must humble, professional and hardworking people I’ve met. If you want to know what excellent customer looks like and a company that takes the utmost pride in what they do, look no further than Pixel Construction. They are brilliant at what they do and have such a range of building specialists for every task. No task is ever too much for Shivam and the Team.I’ll be using Pixel Construction again for my 6m extension, without question and hesitation.To anyone reading this review, if you do want to go with Pixel (and I highly recommend that you do), get things booked in early. Pixel Construction completed a huge project on our house and garden this year. From start to finish they provided a fantastic service! The team’s friendly yet professional way of working made the entire project stress free despite setbacks such as delays of items being delivered due to Covid. I would highly recommend Pixel Construction, they provide a friendly professional service and deliver to a professional level. Highly knowledgeable in the constrution field and provides great idea's to create something out of the box.Pixel Construction did a fabulous job on my garden - landscaping, fencing and tiling was carried out at a very highly professional level.The team is very polite and punctual, i would not hesitate in recommending them if your considering refurbishment works, landscaping etc.
