Love this place for local hardware needs. Doing up a property and they have had everything I've needed. (There is another store in the town which is larger and more geared up towards tourists and domestic use. Overall though both stores carry much the same lines.)Everything is logically laid out with keen pricing and extremely friendly staff. Every town should have a place like Proper Job so that you dont have to spend time and money, and get lost in places like Wickes and B and Q.

Love proper job. Go in for 1 thing and end up with a basket full. Need to keep an eye on the pricing. Some is great but some are not. Lots of Christmas stuff in now! Great choice of LED lights for home and garden.

Aladdin's cave of stuff. Very big inside with a wide choice of products. They have two other stores in the local area. Parking can be a problem. Pay them a visit and have a look yourself.
