I am new to the area and I have received excellent service from the Jorvik Medical Group, I cannot fault any part of the process, phones always answered in good time, enquiry listened to, Dr’s have been fantastic and would say one in particular has been outstanding. Nurses are all lovely and very professional, and admin/receptionist are always polite and helpful.

Not trans healthcare friendly.Saw 4 different GPs who each gave me conflicting information (including lies from one that a secondary GP accidentally highlighted about practise rules). Despite all the invasive questions on gender identity and “plans to transition”.Save yourself the trouble and a year of your time if you’re not cis and go elsewhere. Also had racist demographic new patient info. “Oriental” is not an acceptable ethnicity to have on intake forms in 2022.

I have been unable to order my prescription online for the past 3 weeks. When I finally get time to go to the practice they are closed. I wad told the online ordering would be back up and running by the 8th September and it is now the 15th. I think my experience unfortunately is a reflection of the wider deterioration of the NHS services nationwide, rather than of this practice alone.

I find both receptionists and doctors just excellent - a recent comment didn't like the introductory phone message about being polite with staff - it's a bit rude and I do actually agree with this quite strongly now after so much Covid time, but otherwise the service is medically and socially very good indeed Josephine Peach - and Happy New Year for 2023

(in April) I called for an asthma review appointment after being in A&E and given emergency asthma medication. I have asthma since I was a kid (diagnosed and prescribed in Greece). I was given an appointment with someone named Fiona after trying to get through to the receptionist for quite a while. I went to my appointment only to be told in a really rude tone hmmm.. I can see here you jump around a lot! You came here from Greece and now you changed practice as well. That's not helpful". (I had just moved) I was then told that she couldn't do anything for me as she couldn't confirm I got asthma (despite me having the spirometry test with me and inhalers and the a&e visit on record)

Always had positive experiences here; receptionists are helpful, the doctors are knowledgeable and I like the online system too.

Beware of all Doctors/Dental Practices. There's a clue in the name Practice. Currently for past 2 years they have been injecting graphene (toxic), aborted fetus cells plus many other poisons into peoples bodies and Doctors don't even get taught much about Nutrition (the real healer), Grounding/Earthing and Exercise. They work off greed and get bonuses for getting patients onto Chemo/Radiotherapy and for each Jib-Jab (Bio-weapon) or from getting people onto pH-HARMa tablets which may sort one problem and create ten more problems. I've already made them aware already at the South Bank Medical Centre of what they're doing to others causing harm, loss and injury which is against Natural Law making them fully liable in a personal/private capacity. The Flu jabs also said to contain Toxic Graphene for the past 2 years and my Dad couldn't breathe very well after his and says he feels cold now. Also beware of Nurse Pauline who thinks she can write dangerous, harmful comments about you on your Strawmans" records (ALL CAPS LEGAL NAME which is not you) and then DELETE the evidence when questioned. Cease and Desist"

I have been so impressed with the care here (southbank practice). The receptionist staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and will do what they can to help. I’ve seen Dr Shorten and he’s been very compassionate, caring and thoughtful whilst very thorough and knowledgeable. Feels like it’s been able to keep a lot of the family GP type of approach which is very much appreciated and needed. Thank you to you all

An extremely rude and patronising receptionist. I'm sure if she was spoken to like that she wouldn't stand for it. She has no idea what I'm going through. She should get a job elsewhere, so that she doesn't have to use her horrendous customer service on the public, especially on vulnerable people!
