Popped in to have my phone fixed at a cost of £30. Owner checked phone over and told me it was OK and probably just down to my signal.It's so nice to have a genuine bloke who doesn't take the micky and take your money when the job doesn't need doing. Thanks very much mate

Where do I start? To cut a long story short, my computer failed after a windows update. It had important data on it and I needed this back urgently. The guy was a gentleman. It was all done and dusted in an hour. Brilliant service, price and he really did save my day. I cant thank him enough and I highly recommend and would use again.

Phone would not charge. He sorted it for me free of charge and some free tickets for the circus too!

I took my metal detector in so they could replace a new usb port for me and he did a great job for a great price!....3 months warranty on the work they did for me and a very friendly man on the front desk so I will definitely use them again.....thanks!

These people go above and beyond. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They used to be in Newton Aycliffe. I took my daughters phone to have the screen fixed. It was done right away with a glass screen protector free of charge and everything worked as it should.I have had screens fixed else where on the town (not mentioning any names) and had to go back 3 times because the touch screen was dodgie to point I gave up and had to buy a new phone.Recently I went back to realise they weren’t there, I then came to learn they have moved premises to Spennymoor and I was glad to know it was the same people and didn’t mind driving there because I knew the job would be done properly and they even done it a little cheaper for me as well which was nice. They are excellent at their work and loyal people, not out to rip you off. Hope business goes well.

Excellent service and really knew what they were doing - managed to repair my newly bought smartphone despite my best attempts to break it by jamming a wrong sized sim card in it. Great that there are shops like this - proper knowhow, honest and able to fix things

Recently had my Z3 screen replaced here for £50 and it seems to be working perfecly. Payed £15 to unlock the Z3 but it couldn't be done at that time. Overall the pricing is resonable and the service is relativly quick.

I was very pleased with the service offered here when I had my iPhone screen repaired. The staff are very helpful and there was no quibble when my initial repair did not work perfectly. The prices were reasonable and I would be happy to return.

Came in with a laptop that I couldn't boot up. They were able to do some troubleshooting and figured it was the motherboard. They ordered it in in no time and replaced it at a very reasonable cost. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process.Very happy and will be returning in the future
