Great value, easy to book and delivered quickly. Phoned pick up on Friday morning and it was collected early Sat! Each step of the process was confirmed by email so very easy to follow where my job was. Open very early and when I rang the lady was very polite and clear about everything. Definitely will use GBN again and happy to recommend!

Really impressed with these guys, Delivered when they said they would, and picked up at very short notice, service was above and beyond.

I was recently driving down Ashingdon Hill behind a GBN skip lorry when multiple items including a brick flew out of their lorry and hit my wing mirror and smashed it to pieces. As you can imagine this was very scary as it was just inches away from hitting my wind screen. I proceeded to take an image of the lorry showing the lose items on it and its number plate. After speaking to the branch manager they have refused to take responsbility (despite my image). I am now having to pay for a new wing mirror when their negligence resulted in the incident. I would never use a company that treats people like this and refues to take repsonsibility for their actions - Disgusted to say the least!

Perfect. Came when they said, they put it where we asked, and let us have it a bit longer than planned for, at no extra charge. Then they picked it up when they said. Communication great. Can't fault them. 5*

Was OK until I needed the skip picked up. Booked the pick up at the time of booking and also checked with the driver when delivered as had an event the next day and could not have a skip there. Phoned to check on the morning of pick up and was told it was not booked in. Was expecting them to say very sorry sir we will get someone there ASAP to pick it up I had to argue with them to get someone here. Good job I phoned to check. May be a few quid cheaper than others but if you have a timescale avoid.

Just had the most surreal experience with a GBN skip driver. Can’t understand how you employ people and don’t give them training on how to drive or behave on the road! Not admissible! Had the indicator on to park on a high street and the driver deliberately came close so I couldn’t do it, just lack of respect for other drivers
